We are seeking to recruit a National Head for one of the world's leading IT Solutions company.This Indian multinational is a leading IT Training solutions provider in a niche segment and has a presence across the globe.
 
The Position:

You will head and manage National Level Marketing & Sales. You will also be responsible for process and sales improvements as well as resource planning and individual performance management.Handled brand management, Fairly good skill in handling agency, Revenue Size of 70-80cr, should have worked in Rs.5 cr- Rs. 10 cr Market over head, Evolve brand building strategies, Good understanding of media, media plan, Advtg, PR agency management, Market Survey Techniques, Able handle multiple product addressing multiple segments, Intense retail sales & marketing exp., Exposure to corporate customers.

Your Profile:

You must be an Post Graduate in Management from a premier institute followed by approximately 15-20 years of work experience in a company with world class systems and procedures. Your exposure should include sales, marketing & business development. Having worked in a IT Insurance/Banking/Telecom/Educational company before will be a distinct advantage.
