Regional Head: Sales & Marketing

We are seeking to recruit a Regional Head for the Regional Hub of one of the world's leading IT training companies.This Indian multinational is a leading IT Training solutions provider in a niche segment and has a presence across the globe.
 
The Position:

You will head and manage three states to ensure profile centre operations reporting to the Zonal Head Sales & Marketing. You will also be responsible for process and sales improvements as well as resource planning and individual performance management.This will include developing and monitoring franchisees and business partners within the region which would account for revenue of around fifty plus crores and a team size of around a couple of hundred people.

Your Profile:

You must be an Post Graduate in Management from a premier institute followed by approximately 15 years of work experience in a company with world class systems and procedures. Your exposure should include sales, marketing & business development. Having worked in a IT Education company before will be a distinct advantage.
